Presenters
Each presentation room will be equipped with a Microsoft Windows-based laptop computer, LCD projector, and a projection screen. There will be a student moderator in each room to make sure each presentation begins and ends on time - please be respectful of the time constraints for your presentation and conclude your discussion and remarks in a timely manner.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO INTERNET ACCESS IN THE PRESENTATION ROOMS!
For 25-minute presentations and 75-minute workshops/symposia/roundtables:
Upon Registration, PowerPoint presentations for 25-minute presentations and 75-minute workshops/symposia/roundtables must be submitted for uploading to presentation computers in advance. Please bring your presentation materials on a flash drive (USB) or CD (no floppy disks).
For poster presentations:
Each poster presenter will be provided a 4 ft. x 6 ft. tack board to which you can attach your poster. Thumbtacks/pins will not be provided.
