Presenters
Information for the presenters will be posted here soon.
Each presentation room will be equipped with a Microsoft Windows-based laptop computer, LCD projector, and a projection screen. PowerPoint 2007 will be loaded on laptop computers. There will be a student moderator in each room to make sure each presentation begins and ends on time. Please be respectful of the time constraints for your presentation and conclude your discussion and remarks in a timely manner.
Please note: the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, including each presentation room, has wireless Internet access.
For 25-minute presentations and 75-minute workshops/symposia/roundtables:
PowerPoint presentations for 25-minute presentations and 75-minute workshops/symposia/roundtables must be submitted for uploading to presentation computers in advance. Please bring your materials on a flash drive (USB) to conference Registration / Check-In to be uploaded.
For poster presentations:
Each poster presentation will be provided a 4 foot high by 8 foot wide tack board to which you can attach your poster. Thumbtacks / push pins will not be provided.
